IE DownloadHelper is a download manager that you can install next to your Internet Explorer browser.

This program will help you download videos from your reference web pages, as well as allow you to convert the format before or after saving the file to your hard drive. This ensures that the video you just downloaded is compatible with all your players and devices.

This program will install as a Microsoft Explorer plugin and display an icon on the toolbar. When you visit a website that has a video that can be downloaded the icon will change color and you only have to click on it to start the download.
